All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
Expedited Shipping: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be delayed due to customs, weather, or carrier issues.

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method.

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. We do not cover these charges.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by an incorrect address.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos. We will help you resolve the issue.

If a package is returned due to refusal, unclaimed, or wrong address, we will refund the product cost only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
